The Wong Tai Sin temple is highly revered by many, as it is said that your wishes will be granted upon offering of sincere prayers. The main shrine is a beautiful architecture adorned with multi-colored tiles and intricate carvings. You can also try to shake a bamboo cylinder containing fortune sticks until a stick falls out. This is known as "kau-cim" where you seek for an answer from the divines.

You will be amazed to find this tranquil garden and nunnery in the middle of a city; surrounded by high-rise buildings. The architecture here are modeled after the Tang dynasty style and the scenic garden (with a lotus pond, waterfall, golden shrine etc) is meticulously landscaped.
